9 Remaining Eleven Eleven Central Phase I Residences Priced from $825,000

Residents at The Ronto Group’s Eleven Eleven Central community will enjoy an approximately 60,000 square feet courtyard amenity deck that features a 3,500 square-foot resort style pool with a beach entry and 90-foot lap lanes.

Naples   With three more residences now under contract, The Ronto Group announced that just 9 Phases I residences remain available for purchase at Eleven Eleven Central.  Phase I construction is 95% completed.  Residents are starting to close on their new home purchases and moving into their Phase I residences.  Eleven Eleven Central is a new walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by the award-winning developer on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.  Ronto’s Phase I offering features five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,297 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies.  Two of the floor plans, the 1,407 square foot Atlantic and the 1,736 square foot Avalon, are sold out.  Pricing on the 9 unsold residences starts at $825,000.

The remaining Phase I residences feature Ronto’s Duvall, Belair, and Collins floor plans.  Four furnished residences showcasing the Belair, Duval, and Collins plans have sold.  The 303 Belair and 402 Duval furnished residences will remain open for viewing upon completion of construction through a developer leaseback.  

Five unfurnished Duval residences priced from $1,045,000 are available. The open-concept Duval floor plan is the largest of the Eleven Eleven Central Phase I plans.  The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath plan features 2,297 square feet of living space with 2,045 square feet under air.  Each of the guest bedrooms include private baths and one of the guest bedrooms opens to the covered balcony.  A gallery hallway and two walk-in closets are included in the owner’s suite.  The living area features a great room, dining area, and an island kitchen wrapped by perimeter cabinetry and counter surfaces.  The great room and dining area open to the L-shaped covered balcony.  A separate laundry room is also included.

Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors created the interior for the 402 furnished Duval model that will remain open for viewing and faces Eleven Eleven Central’s amenity courtyard.  Gaddis created a shabby-chic interior for the Duval model that will provide a comfortable living space for people of all ages.  The model’s color palette features neutral tone-on-tone griege backgrounds with flashes of grey in the living areas and touches of blue in the owner’s suite.  Light, sandy-toned wood flooring, the kitchen island’s light reclaimed wood base, darker cabinetry on the kitchen’s perimeter, and wood furniture pieces  provide notes of contrast.  Gaddis’ hallmark architectural details and ceiling treatments are evident throughout the model.

Just two courtyard facing Belair residences, one priced at $825,000, the other at $850,000, remain available for purchase.  With a total of 1,741 square feet of living space and 1,561 square feet under air, the Belair floor plan features a large great room that opens to a covered balcony, a comfortable dining area, and an island kitchen.  The plan also includes two bedrooms, two full baths, a den, and a separate laundry room.  Two walk-in closets are featured in the owner’s suite.

Baer’s Furniture and Interior Design’s Janet Graham, ASID created the interior for the 303 furnished Belair residence that remains open for viewing.  Graham has created a warm transitional contemporary interior for the neighborhood facing Belair model.  Her neutral color palette presents light grey backgrounds, white trim, and black accents.  The flooring is 8 by 20-inch linear porcelain tile with a beige and grey strie.  The great room opens to the balcony and showcases a feature wall with floor to ceiling transitional style carpentry detailing that is framed out to cover approximately 75% of the wall’s surface.  Counter stools at the kitchen’s island are presented with a coordinating dark-toned base and a muted grey fabric on the seats and backs.  Marbleized granite countertops showcase grey, white, and beige earth tones that play against white shaker style cabinetry with long vertical chrome pulls. 

Two unfurnished neighborhood-facing Collins residences priced from $855,000 are also available.  The two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan includes 1,947 total square feet with 1,757 square feet under air.  The spacious living area opens to a covered balcony and includes a great room, dining area, and island kitchen.  The owner’s suite features two walk-in closets, a bath with his and her’s vanities, and a bedroom with a sitting area.  Two Collins residences are currently under contract.

Ronto is now accepting Phase II reservations.  Phase II includes 9 floor plan choices ranging from 1,409 square feet to 2,505 square feet under air and priced from $675,000 to $1,395,000.  The open concept plans include spacious living areas featuring a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, as well as a covered balcony, walk-in closets, and a separate laundry room.  The plans also include two or three bedrooms and two and a half or three and a half baths.
