Eleven Eleven Central Phase I is 85% complete, just 10 residences left

Residents at Eleven Eleven Central will enjoy an approximately 60,000 square-foot courtyard amenity deck that features a 3,500 square-foot resort style pool with a beach entry and 90-foot lap lanes.

The Ronto Group announced that Phase I at Eleven Eleven Central is 85% completed and that just 10 Phases I residences remain available for purchase.  Eleven Eleven Central is a new walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by the award-winning developer on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.  Ronto’s Phase I offering features five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,297 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies.  Two of the floor plans, the 1,407 square foot Atlantic and the 1,736 square foot Avalon, are sold out.  The 10 remaining Phase I residences include a furnished move-in ready residence that is available for purchase with a leaseback.  Pricing on the unsold residences starts at $825,000.

The remaining Phase I furnished move-in ready residence features Ronto’s Collins floor plan.  Three additional furnished residences showcasing the Belair, Duval, and Collins floor plans have sold.  The sold move-in ready residences will remain open for viewing upon completion of construction.  

Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP, GREEN AP, Beth Walker-Fenton, ASID, and Design Assistant Courtney Chase have created the interior for the neighborhood-facing 305 Collins move-in ready residence that is priced at $970,000, including finishes and furnishings valued at $114,205.  The two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan includes 1,947 total square feet with 1,757 square feet under air.  The spacious living area opens to a covered balcony and includes a great room, dining area, and island kitchen.  The owner’s suite features two walk-in closets, a bath with his and her’s vanities, and a bedroom with a sitting area.  Two unfurnished neighborhood-facing Collins residences priced from $855,000 are also available.

The Jinx McDonald design team has created an interior with an urban resort feeling for the furnished move-in ready 305 Collins residence.  The look will be chic, glamorous, and comfortable.  The design’s soothing neutral color palette will feature layers of texture and include Extra White wall tones, creams, pewters, champagnes, and platinum with steel blue accents.  Flooring in the living areas and on the balcony will be 30 by 30-inch creamy rectified porcelain tile. 

Five unfurnished Duval residences priced from $1,045,000 are also available. The open-concept Duval floor plan is the largest of the Phase I plans.  The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath plan features 2,297 square feet of living space with 2,045 square feet under air.  Each of the guest bedrooms include private baths and one of the guest bedrooms opens to the covered balcony.  A gallery hallway and two walk-in closets are included in the owner’s suite.  The living area features a great room, dining area, and an island kitchen wrapped by perimeter cabinetry and counter surfaces.  The great room and dining area open to the L-shaped covered balcony.  A separate laundry room is also included.

Phase I residents at Eleven Eleven Central will enjoy a vast array of resort-style amenities.  The community’s approximately 60,000 square foot courtyard amenity deck has been completed and features a 3,500 square-foot resort style pool with a beach entry and 90-foot lap lanes, chaise lounges and poolside tables, two spas, outdoor showers, poolside cabanas, grills, a cabana bar and grilling area with large screen televisions, fire pits with built-in seating areas, a hammock lawn, a life-sized outdoor chess set, a yoga stretching area, and bocce ball courts.  The outdoor amenities will be expanded during Phase II to include a 20,400 square-foot Courtyard Park that will provide a lushly landscaped private retreat complete with park benches, a putting green, yoga lawn, and fenced dog runs for large and small dogs.  Eleven Eleven Central also offers seasonal beach shuttle service and plans are in development to provide evening shuttle service to 5th Avenue South and Third Street in season.

Ronto is now accepting Phase II reservations.  Phase II includes 9 floor plan choices ranging from 1,409 square feet to 2,505 square feet under air and priced from $675,000 to $1,395,000.  The open concept plans include spacious living areas featuring a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, as well as a covered balcony, walk-in closets, and a separate laundry room.  The plans also include two or three bedrooms and two and a half or three and a half baths. Several of the plans feature separate vanities, walk-in showers, a soaking tub, and separate water closets in the owner’s bathroom.  Eight of the plans feature a den.
