The Ronto Group announced that Honor Yoga Old Naples is the second business to join the commercial segment at Eleven Eleven Central, a walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by Ronto on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The business will be located in an approximately 2,500 square-foot space in the commercial building next to the Eleven Eleven Central sales office and will open early in 2022. Eleven Eleven Central and the surrounding area offer an ideal location for the business owned and operated by Kelley Kiernan, MS, RD, LDN. She expects to have 10-20 yoga instructors on staff depending on the season, as well as assistant managers. Operating hours will vary by season.
“Honor Yoga Old Naples (and Honor Yoga North Naples) is a locally owned small business,” said Kelley. “We are community oriented. Our members appreciate our diverse clientele where everyone is welcome and treated like family. I love Old Naples because of the proximity to the beach, and the restaurants and shopping. Eleven Eleven Central is a perfect location. What could be better than a yoga studio within walking distance from Eleven Eleven Central, Mangrove Bay, Baker Park, the Naples Dog Park, Naples Square, Bayfront, 5th Avenue South, and 3rd Street South? We are thrilled to add to the community’s existing amenities.”
Honor Yoga’s provides welcoming, beginner-friendly and accessible yoga studios where healthier and happier communities can be built around the practice of yoga. Focused on five pillars – physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and social health – Honor Yoga offers a variety of classes to fit each individual’s diverse lifestyle and schedule. From Gentle, Restore, Roots, Strong & Calm, Slow Flow, Flow, YogaHIIT, Aerial, YogaBarre and Meditation, each class is designed to fulfill the five pillars of yogic practice to relax the mind, restore balance, and build strength and flexibility. Honor Yoga also offers online streaming yoga classes. Kelley is a Registered Dietician and will also offer nutrition services.
“As a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science, I have been in the wellness field for over two decades,” said Kelley. “However, I started consistently taking yoga classes about six years ago. I had the misconception that yoga required you to be bendy, twisty, and flexible. I was so wrong! If you can breathe, you can do yoga! I immediately recognized the benefits of yoga, including reduction of low back pain and stress, increased quality of sleep, improved mood, and more. There is also a social aspect to yoga. We bring people together. The feeling you get from taking a yoga class at Honor Yoga is almost hard to describe. There is a feeling of acceptance and belonging and calmness and peace. It is wonderful! We will have two practice rooms. One room will be used predominately for Aerial Yoga and YogaBarre classes. The other practice room will be used for all other classes, including Flow and YogaHIIT as wells as beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga classes and workshops. Many of our classes are accessible to beginners. Cubbies will be available for shoes and personal belongings. The reception area will have a refreshment station and a great selection of retail, including essential oils, clothing, local vendor offerings, yoga mats, and yoga props.”
Popular monthly memberships will be available at Honor Yoga Old Naples. Other options are designed to accommodate each student’s needs, including class packages, drop in’s, and private sessions.
Honor Yoga Old Naples will open alongside Narrative Coffee Roasters in the Eleven Eleven Central commercial building. The business was founded by Canadian transplants Caleb and Megan MacPherson and former Tampa resident William Diaz-Garcia. Eleven Eleven Central offered an ideal location.
“It is simply a beautiful neighborhood that I thought would be pretty rad to be a part of,” said Caleb. “On a business level, it is a dream. We have a great mix of residential units not just in Eleven Eleven Central, but also in the surrounding area. There are also plenty of other businesses in the area to help drive midday traffic. It is quite close to NCH as well as 5th Avenue South. All around, it is just a phenomenal location.”
An array of resort style amenities was completed during Phase I at Eleven Eleven Central. Phase II construction is underway. The Phase II building is 85% sold. Completed amenities include a 60,000 square foot courtyard amenity deck featuring a 3,200 square foot resort-style pool with a beach entry and 90-foot lap lanes, chaise lounges and poolside tables, two spas, outdoor showers, poolside cabanas, grills, a cabana bar and grilling area with large screen televisions, fire pits, a hammock lawn, a life-sized outdoor chess set, a yoga stretching area, a putting green, and bocce ball courts. An approximately 3,000-square foot clubroom provides a setting for socializing. A fitness center measuring approximately 2,500-square feet includes state-of-the-art exercise equipment and massage rooms. An arcade/game room and theatre room are located on the second floor of the community’s commercial building.
The outdoor amenities will be expanded during Phase II to include a 20,400-square foot landscaped Courtyard Park set ten-feet below the amenity pool deck at actual ground level. Eleven Eleven Central also offers exclusive seasonal beach shuttle service as well as evening shuttle service to 5th Avenue South and Third Street in season.
