Sales Continue to Surge at Ronto’s Eleven Eleven Central

The Ronto Group has processed Phase II sales worth more than $44 million since January 1 at Eleven Eleven Central, a new walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by Ronto on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The first quarter sales performance reflects Eleven Eleven Central’s stature as Naples’ hottest new community. The total Phase II sales volume is approaching $70 million and the building is more than 85% sold. Just 10 Phase II residences remain available for purchase. Ronto has initiated a waiting list for residences in the highly anticipated Phase III building, the final phase of the Eleven Eleven Central development. More than 50 interested homebuyers are currently on the list.
