Phase I construction at Eleven Eleven Central continues to progress at a rapid pace and remains on schedule for completion in March 2020. Eleven Eleven Central is a new walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by The Ronto Group on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The foundation for the Phase I building has been completed and construction of the community’s approximately 60,000 square-foot courtyard amenity deck has started. Structural concrete pours at the amenity deck’s foundations have been completed and the forming and pouring of the deck’s columns and retaining wall is nearing completion. A fitness center also measuring nearly 4,000-square feet will include a stretching and functional movement area, state-of-the-art exercise equipment, and massage rooms. Six community guest suites will be provided for visiting friends and family members. Resident storage areas and bike storage areas will be included. An arcade/game room will be located on the second floor of the community’s 5,108 square feet street level commercial space.
With Fifth Avenue South just five blocks away, Eleven Eleven Central residents will also enjoy immediate access to downtown Naples’ shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions, as well as the beach that is just three-quarters of a mile from the community via the sidewalks and bike lanes on Central Avenue. A community beach shuttle is planned.
The Phase I building showcases five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and threebedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,297 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies. Two of the floor plans, the Atlantic and the Avalon, are sold out. The unsold Phase I residences start at just $725,000. Four Phase I courtyard amenity level residences remain available, including the Belair 214 residence priced at $870,000 that features a total of 868 square feet of outdoor balcony space; the Collins 206 residence priced at $965,000 that provides a total of 850 square feet of balcony space; and two Duval residences that are each base-priced at $1,055,000. Three of the building’s four furnished models are available for purchase with a leaseback, including the 305 Collins model priced at $934,205; the 312 Collins model priced at $1,009,205 that features a view of the amenity deck; and the 402 Duval model that will also face the amenity deck and is priced at $1,198,150.
