The award-winning Ronto Group announced that Phase I construction at Eleven Eleven Central is progressing as planned and scheduled for completion in March 2020. Eleven Eleven Central is a new walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by Ronto on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The foundation for the Phase I building has been completed and construction of the community’s approximately 60,000 square-foot courtyard amenity deck has started. Two of the floor plans, the Atlantic and the Avalon that were originally priced from the mid-$500’s, are sold out. The unsold Phase I residences start at just $725,000. Base-priced at $1,055,000, the threebedroom, three-and-a-half bath Duval plan features 2,297 square feet with 2,045 square feet under air. The guest bedrooms include private baths and one of them opens to the covered balcony. Two walk-in closets are included in the owner’s suite. The living area features a great room, dining area, and an island kitchen wrapped by perimeter cabinetry and counter surfaces. The great room and dining area open to the covered balcony.
