The 1,692 square feet under air Bayshore plan features a great room, dining area, island kitchen, and a den that create an expansive living area. The Bayshore plan also includes two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Neighborhood facing Bayshore residences start at $865,000. Courtyard facing Bayshore residences are priced from $1,110,000.
