The Ronto Group is accepting reservations for Phase II residences at Eleven Eleven Central, a resort-style community situated between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road on Central Avenue in downtown Naples. Eleven Eleven Central Phase I will be completed this spring. Ronto is offering Phase I developer close-out pricing. Phase I features five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,297 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies. Two of the plans, the Atlantic and the Avalon, are sold out. A selection of residences remains available, including a furnished move-in ready residence that is available for purchase with a leaseback. Pricing on the unsold Phase I residences starts at $855,000.
Ronto is including 10 floor plan choices in its Phase II offering. The Phase II plans range from 1,409 square feet to 2,505 square feet under air and are priced from $675,000 to $1,395,000. Each of the open concept plans includes spacious living areas featuring a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, as well as a covered balcony, walk-in closets, and a separate laundry room. The plans also include two or three bedrooms and two and a half or three and a half baths. Several of the plans feature separate vanities, walk-in showers, a soaking tub, and separate water closets in the owner’s bathroom. Eight of the plans feature a den. Phase II residents will enjoy a resort lifestyle as well as immediate access to downtown Naples’ attractions and to the Design District that continues to emerge in the 10th Street corridor.
Ronto will expand its impressive outdoor amenities during Phase II to include a 20,400-square foot lushly landscaped Courtyard Park set ten-feet below the amenity pool deck at actual ground level. The Courtyard Park, accessed by a grand staircase leading from the 60,000 square foot courtyard amenity deck completed in Phase I, will include benches, a putting green, a yoga lawn and fenced dog runs for large and small dogs. The Courtyard Park’s sunken orientation will provide residents with tree-top views rarely found in urban downtown settings.

Three unfurnished neighborhood-facing Collins residences priced from $855,000 to $910,000 are also available.
Six unfurnished Duval residences priced from $1,095,000 to $1,185,000 are also available. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath plan features 2,297 square feet of living space with 2,045 square feet under air. Each of the guest bedrooms include private baths and one of the guest bedrooms opens to the covered balcony. A gallery hallway and walk-in closets are included in the owner’s suite. The living area features a great room, dining area, and an island kitchen wrapped by perimeter cabinetry and counter surfaces. The great room and dining area open to the L-shaped covered balcony.
Two Belair residences starting at $855,000 remain available for purchase, including a fifth-floor penthouse priced at $890,000. With a total of 1,741 square feet of living space and 1,561 square feet under air, the Belair floor plan features a large great room that opens to a covered balcony, a comfortable dining area, and an island kitchen. The plan also includes two bedrooms, two full baths, a den, and a separate laundry room. Two walk-in closets are featured in the owner’s suite.
