Ronto Offering Phase I Close-Out Pricing at Eleven Eleven Central

The Ronto Group has completed construction of the 60,000 square foot courtyard amenity deck at Eleven Eleven Central. Phase I of the resort-style community will be completed this spring.

With construction rapidly approaching completion, The Ronto Group announced it is offering Phase I close-out pricing at its Eleven Eleven Central community.  Situated between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road on Central Avenue in downtown Naples, Phase I of the resort-style, master-planned oasis will be completed this spring.  Ronto’s Phase I offering features five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,297 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies.  Two of the floor plans, the 1,407 square foot Atlantic and the 1,736 square foot Avalon, are sold out.  A choice selection of residences remains available, including a furnished move-in ready residence that is available for purchase with a leaseback.  Pricing on the unsold residences starts at $825,000.

The remaining Phase I furnished move-in ready residence features Ronto’s Collins floor plan.  Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP, GREEN AP, Beth Walker-Fenton, ASID, and Design Assistant Courtney Chase created the interior for the neighborhood-facing 305 Collins residence priced at $970,000, including finishes and furnishings valued at $114,205.  The two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan includes 1,947 total square feet with 1,757 square feet under air.  The living area opens to a covered balcony and includes a great room, dining area, and island kitchen.  The owner’s suite features walk-in closets, a bath with his and her’s vanities, and a bedroom with a sitting area.  Three unfurnished neighborhood-facing Collins residences priced at $855,000 are also available.

Four unfurnished Duval residences priced from $1,045,000 to $1,145,000 are also available. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath plan features 2,297 square feet of living space with 2,045 square feet under air.  The living area features a great room, dining area, and an island kitchen wrapped by perimeter cabinetry and counter surfaces.  The great room and dining area open to an L-shaped covered balcony.  The guest bedrooms include private baths and one of them opens to the covered balcony.  A gallery hallway and walk-in closets are included in the owner’s suite.    A separate laundry room is also included. 

Three Belair residences starting at $825,000 remain available for purchase, including a fifth-floor penthouse priced at $890,000.  With 1,741 square feet of living space and 1,561 square feet under air, the Belair floor plan features a large great room that opens to a covered balcony, a dining area, and an island kitchen.  The plan also includes two bedrooms, two full baths, a den, and a separate laundry room.  Walk-in closets are featured in the owner’s suite.

Ronto also announced it has completed construction of the 60,000 square foot courtyard amenity deck that is the centerpiece of Eleven Eleven Central’s robust amenity offering.  The amenity deck features  a 3,200 square foot resort-style pool with a beach entry and two 90-foot lap lanes, chaise lounges and poolside tables, two spas, outdoor showers, poolside cabanas, grills, a cabana bar and grilling area with large screen televisions, three fire pits with seating areas, a hammock lawn, a life-sized outdoor chess set, a yoga stretching area, and two bocce ball courts.  The amenity courtyard will showcase an internal park-like setting.

The outdoor amenities will be expanded during Phase II to include a 20,400-square foot Courtyard Park set ten-feet below the amenity pool deck at actual ground level.  The park, accessed by a grand staircase, will include benches, a putting green, a yoga lawn and fenced dog runs for large and small dogs.  Eleven Eleven Central will also offer exclusive beach shuttle service.

Eleven Eleven Central will also invite residents to enjoy a nearly 4,000-square foot clubroom that will provide an ideal setting for taking full advantage of an outdoor amenity deck and pool.  The clubroom will include a bar, billiards tables, card tables, large screen televisions, and a catering kitchen adjacent to an outdoor grill and fire pit.  A fitness center also measuring nearly 4,000-square feet will include a stretching and functional movement area, a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art exercise equipment, massage rooms, and rest rooms.  Eleven Eleven Central will provide six community guest suites that can be reserved for visitors.  Resident storage areas and bike storage areas will also be included. 

A dedicated arcade/game and theatre room located on the second floor of the community’s commercial building on Central Avenue will serve as a fun location for resident gatherings, including viewing televised sports or special events, watching movies, Super Bowl parties, playing pool, foosball, air hockey, or ping pong, or enjoying a beverage at the room’s large bar.  Other attractions include old-style stand-up arcade games, gaming chairs, card tables, and X-Box and Play Station devices.

Eleven Eleven Central residents will have immediate access to downtown Naples’ attractions and to the Design District.  Naples’ beach is three-quarters of a mile from the community via the sidewalks and bike lanes on Central Avenue or a short ride on the planned community beach shuttle.  Plans are also in development to provide evening shuttle service to 5th Avenue South and Third Street.   Eleven Eleven Central’s location provides ready access to Baker Park and the Gordon River Pedestrian Bridge and Boardwalk on the east side of Goodlette-Frank Road.  A 5,108 square-foot street level commercial space at Eleven Eleven Central will be integrated with the Design District in the 10th Street corridor between 5th Avenue South and 4th Avenue North.  The Eleven Eleven Central sales center at 1101 Central Avenue in downtown Naples is open daily.  To tour the courtyard amenity deck, call 239-302-6848 to make an appointment.
