The Ronto Group will begin Phase II construction at Eleven Eleven Central during first quarter of this year. Eleven Eleven Central is a walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by Ronto on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. After writing purchase agreements worth $16 million in January, Phase II sales contracts totaling more than $40 million have been processed and the Phase II building is more than 50% sold. Phase II includes seven floor plans ranging from 1,409 square feet to 2,505 square feet under air and priced from $775,000 to $1,595,000.
