Ronto to Complete Model Kitchen and Bathroom At Eleven Eleven Central Sales Center by End of Month

As construction of Phase II continues as scheduled, The Ronto Group announced that it expects to complete a Phase III model kitchen and bathroom at the Eleven Eleven Central sales center by the end of this month. Forty-three Phase III binding sales contracts worth $68,700,000 have been processed at Eleven Eleven Central. A limited number of residences remains available for purchase. Construction of the Phase III building is expected to start before the end of this year. The sold-out Phase II building remains on schedule for completion in first quarter 2022.

The Phase III offering includes two and three bedroom plus den floor plans ranging from 1,705 to 2,733 square feet and priced from $1,470,000. The plans feature spacious great rooms that open to covered balconies with outdoor kitchens that will feature gas grills. Inside, gourmet island kitchens will include gas cooktops, Thermador stainless steel appliance packages, and 42-inch upper cabinetry.
