Naples The Ronto Group unveiled the features that will be included in the Phase II residences at Eleven Eleven Central, a resort-style community situated between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road on Central Avenue in downtown Naples. The award-winning developer has already processed 11 Phase II reservations. Eleven Eleven Central Phase I will be completed this spring. Ronto recently announced it is offering Phase I developer close-out pricing. The Phase I offering features five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,314 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies. Two of the plans, the 1,407 square foot Atlantic and the 1,736 square foot Avalon, are sold out. A choice selection of residences remains available, including a furnished move-in ready residence that is available for purchase with a leaseback. Pricing on the unsold Phase I residences starts at $855,000.
Ronto is including 9 floor plan choices in its Phase II offering at Eleven Eleven Central. The Phase II plans range from 1,409 square feet to 2,505 square feet under air and are priced from $675,000 to $1,395,000. The neighborhood-facing and courtyard amenity deck-facing plans are ideally suited for homebuyers seeking a comfortable downtown Naples pied-a-terre or a full-time residence. Each of the open concept plans includes spacious living areas featuring a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, as well as a covered balcony, walk-in closets, and a separate laundry room. The plans also include two or three bedrooms and two and a half or three and a half baths. Eight of the plans feature a den. Phase II residents will enjoy a resort lifestyle as well as immediate access to downtown Naples’ attractions and to the Design District that continues to emerge in the 10th Street corridor between 5th Avenue South and 4th Avenue North.
Ronto is including a Bosch appliance package in the Phase II kitchens. Three unfurnished neighborhood-facing Collins residences priced at $855,000 are also available.
The Jinx McDonald design team has created an interior with an urban resort feeling for the furnished move-in ready 305 Collins residence. The look will be chic, glamorous, and comfortable.
