Ronto Unveils Phase II Floor Plans Priced From $675,000 at Eleven Eleven Central

The Ronto Group will expand Eleven Eleven Central’s outdoor amenities during Phase II to include a 20,400-square foot lushly landscaped Courtyard Park set ten-feet below the amenity pool deck at actual ground level.

The Ronto Group unveiled 9 floor plans included in its Phase II offering at Eleven Eleven Central ranging from 1,409 square feet to 2,505 square feet under air and priced from $675,000 to $1,395,000.  The open-concept plans feature a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, as well as a covered balcony, walk-in closets, and a separate laundry room.  The plans also include two or three bedrooms and two and a half or three and a half baths. Several of the plans feature separate vanities, walk-in showers, a soaking tub, and separate water closets in the owner’s bathroom.  Eight of the plans feature a den.  Phase II residents will enjoy a resort lifestyle as well as immediate access to downtown Naples’ attractions and to the Design District.  Eleven Eleven Central is situated between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road on Central Avenue in downtown Naples.

The two bedroom, two and a half bath Phase II Aqualane plan offers 1,409 square feet under air, including a spacious living area that opens to a covered balcony.  Neighborhood facing Aqualane residences are base priced at $675,000.  Amenity courtyard facing Aqualane residences are priced from $780,000.  The 1,692 square feet under air Phase II Bayshore plan features a great room, dining area, island kitchen, and a den that create an expansive living area.  The Bayshore plan also includes two bedrooms and two and a half baths.  Neighborhood facing Bayshore residences start at $775,000.  Amenity courtyard facing Bayshore residences are priced from $895,000.

The Phase II Coquina, Coquina I, and Coquina II plans offer 2,064, 2,067, and 2,074 square feet under air respectively and feature two bedrooms, a den, and two and a half baths.  The great room and owner’s bedroom in each of the plans open to the covered balcony.  Soaking tubs and dual vanities are featured in the owner’s bathrooms.  Amenity courtyard facing Coquina residences start at $1,075,000.  Neighborhood facing Coquina I residences are priced from $975,000.  One amenity courtyard facing Coquina II residence is available and priced at $1,195,000.

With 2,505 square feet under air, the Delnor I plan is one of the largest of the Phase II floor plans.  The neighborhood facing Delnor I residences are priced from $1,175,000.  The three bedroom, three and a half bath Delnor I plan includes a den, an L-shaped balcony accessible from the living area and from the owner’s bedroom, walk-in closets in all three of the bedrooms, and a soaking tub in the owner’s bathroom.  The Delnor II plan measures 2,466 square feet under air and also features three bedrooms, a den, and three and a half baths, as well as an L-shaped balcony accessible from the living area, walk-in closets in all three of the bedrooms, and a soaking tub in the owner’s bathroom.  Amenity courtyard facing Delnor II residences are priced from $1,275,000.

The three bedroom, three and a half bath Fifth Avenue plan offers 2,110 square feet under air.  The plan features a huge balcony that is accessible from the great room, dining area, and owner’s bedroom.  Priced from $1,025,000, the neighborhood facing Fifth Avenue plan also includes walk-in closets in all three of the bedrooms, and a soaking tub in the owner’s bathroom.  The 2,462 square feet under air amenity courtyard facing Gordon residences start at $1,275,000.  The Gordon plan features three bedrooms, a den, three and a half baths, walk-in closets in all three of the bedrooms.  The covered balcony is accessible from the great room and the owner’s bedroom.  With three bedrooms, a den, and three and a half baths, the 2,505 square feet under air Phase II Haldeman plan features a huge living area.   Double walk-in closets are included in the owner’s bedroom, and soaking tubs and separate water closets are featured in the owner’s bath.  The amenity courtyard facing Haldeman residences are priced from $1,275,000.

Ronto will expand its outdoor amenities during Phase II to include a 20,400-square foot lushly landscaped Courtyard Park set ten-feet below the amenity pool deck at actual ground level.  The Courtyard Park, accessed by a grand staircase leading from the 60,000 square foot courtyard amenity deck completed in Phase I, will include benches, a putting green, a yoga lawn and fenced dog runs for large and small dogs. 

In addition to the Courtyard Park, Phase II residents will enjoy an array of amenities completed during Phase I, including the courtyard amenity deck.  Other amenities include a nearly 4,000-square foot clubroom, a fitness center also measuring nearly 4,000-square feet, six community guest suites that can be reserved for visitors, and a dedicated arcade/game room and theatre room.  Resident storage areas and bike storage areas will also be included.  Eleven Eleven Central will also offer seasonal beach shuttle service and plans are in development to provide evening shuttle service to 5th Avenue South and Third Street in season.

Eleven Eleven Central Phase I will be completed this spring.  Ronto is offering Phase I close-out pricing.  Phase I features five two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,407 to 2,314 square feet of total living space, including covered outdoor balconies.  Two of the plans, the 1,407 square foot Atlantic and the 1,736 square foot Avalon, are sold out.  A selection of residences remains available, including a furnished move-in ready residence that is available for purchase with a leaseback.  Pricing on the unsold Phase I residences starts at $855,000.
